Project Life Weeks 12-17

So its been a while... Been very busy packing, moving, and settling in. I have been slowly playing catch up on my PL. I am able to finish a page a day... on days I feel like being crafty lol. I printed 7 weeks of pictures and went through my Facebook and made notes on post-it's so it would be easy to catch up. And it worked out great.

I was impressed with the way all of the layouts came out. I actually took my time doing them. When I thought I'd just want to catch up and make them plain and boring.

Project Life Week's 10-11

I am on a steady pace this year with my project life. And i'm impressing myself every week with my creativity. My book is filling up quickly with all the embellishments making the pages thicker. And I think I will have to start a new book by the end of April... At least i'm hoping I can stretch it that far.

I had so much fun doing these last 2 weeks. The Studio Calico kits this month were awesome! Love that they had so much green for St. Patty's Day.

Project Life Week 9

I am now all caught up on my Project Life... and even better news.... My new kit comes today! So excited, I really like the March kits! I was really excited to work on week 9's spread because I, for the first time had all the embellishments I wanted to use out and ready. It made it one hundred times easier because I didn't have to rummage through all my stuff.

My favorite part of this whole layout is the palm tree, I wasn't planning on making it look like a polaroid, but they way I printed it out made it a perfect fit! I love that it is so simple.

It didn't come out as good as I had hoped but I still am very happy with it.

Project Life Weeks 6-8

I knew this wouldn't be easy....
I am loving doing Project Life this year! I got too bored with the Core Kit last year that I didn't have any ambition to work on it. It became a chore more than something I love to do. With the Studio Calico monthly kits I get a change every month, and the extra embellishments, stamps, etc. that I get are an added bonus!! I don't have the need to go to Michaels or Jo-anns and spend money on extra embellishments. Even though I did go get some this past week, but only because I had some extra money from selling my cricut =)

I looked back at my album from last year. And my scrapbooking talents have defiantly got a lot better. I've learned so many more techniques, I take better pictures, and even though I get ideas from others. I impress myself when I come up with my own designs.

Project Life Week 1-4

Im back!!! Told you i'd get side tracked.
I have just about finished my December Daily and have moved onto my Project Life 2013. Which I am so excited about! I am a Project Life Kit Subscriber with Studio Calico. Which means for one monthly fee, I receive a kit with everything I may need for the month. Simple...
I decided to stick with a smaller album this year, so instead of the 12x12 I am using an 8.5x11. I figure I slacked a lot last year so maybe a smaller album would be better. And so far its working out great =)
So here are my first 4 weeks, of which I just completed and couldn't be happier about =)
